Review Guidelines
Our review guidelines were created to provide a quick reference of what to do and what not to do when writing review to ensure that its quickly passes the approval process.
Please remember to ALWAYS:
- Provide useful information, such as what might set this facility aside from others;
- Ensure your review is related to the overall care, services and environmental surroundings of the facility.
Please remember to NEVER:
- Post reviews in regards to an isolated negative experience you may have had with a facility. These matters should be taken up with the facility directly;
- Post reviews in reference to specific employees at a facility;
- Post reviews that are primarily a complaint about financial matters;
- Post a review in response to a previous review. This is not a blog and all members have the right to their own opinion;
- Include any profanity (including creative spellings such as #$ %@), obscenity, abusive language or inappropriate slang;
- Include personal information, such as full names of people who are not public figures, phone numbers, specific physical addresses, or email addresses;
- Include content that is overly controversial, potentially confrontational or personal;
- Include references to other web sites, hyperlinks or URLs.
Please also note:
Reviews are monitored by Aged Care View, and Aged Care view has the right not to post a review should the above guidelines not be followed.
